FEGIME

One of the key Groups of electrical equipment Wholesalers, present in Italy with 25 member companies and 140 stores distributed throughout the country. FEGIME Italia is part of the FEGIME International Group, an acronym of the European Federation of Independent Wholesalers of Electrical Equipment, present in 19 countries in Europe and Latin America.

To offer Members a single tool to manage, organize and monitor all initiatives that can increase installers’ engagement and loyalty rate. Thanks to ad hoc promotional logic, the goal is to optimize the connection between its Customers and Suppliers, improve the quality of service and obtain helpful information to realize targeted initiatives in line with the target.

Development of a web platform for content management and a multi-user app. The customer app presents the look&feel of the reference Member and can be used to convey promotional initiatives, surveys, news, push notifications, and assign sales targets. However, the agent app has been designed to have all the activities promoted to customers (installers) and monitor sales targets.
